It was also a win-win experience for everyone involved! I especially enjoyed working with Casey because he loves his work. I see Casey as kind of a contemporary renaissance man because of his many skills and interests. His experience as a self-employed contractor gives him unusual insight into the many kinds of issues one might be facing in getting one’s house ready to sell. Casey’s understanding of what kind of issues needs attention and how much attention, is very helpful, whether it concerns plumbing, electrical, shingles, gutters, driveway, drainage, pocket doors… or even aesthetic decisions. He knows how it works and what to do about it! Sometimes Casey enjoyed working on some of these kinds of things himself! I am grateful that Casey managed all kinds of paperwork, including things I’d have overlooked, like having warranties in order and being sure they are transferable to the new owner. He even helped me select a moving company. Then, he offered to help me move into my new home if that could help solve deadline issues regarding being out of my home and into another. This is a perfect example of how Casey’s focus was on making every aspect my house sale, purchase, and move go smooth serve me well. Casey has been serious about his photography for many years, and also enjoys making photographs and walk-through videos to use in marketing the home. I appreciated that Casey was able to bring his technical experience and artistic awareness to help show my home more effectively. My home sold the second day on the market (during Covid) to the second family to look at it. We all felt the price was very good and that the house and property were in excellent condition, and attractive inside and out. I could have never done that myself! It required a lot of guidance and help. Selling a home and moving out is commonly a cause serious anxiety and stress, and frequently so among seniors, like myself. However, Casey never saw “problems”. There were simply projects and procedures to meet with positive outlook and confidence.
